Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic on-line or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell to you. Homing Pigeons reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Homing Pigeons reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item should stock not be available at the time of delivery. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Delivery Policy

Once an order has been placed online from the Homing Pigeons store, you will recieve an email notification that your order has been received and processed. We provide an efficient and reliable delivery service to all our customers within the UK and countries within the European Union. Using "Speedfreight" courier services we are able to provide a next working day delivery on large package orders and if placed before 1pm. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and they will require a signature on delivery. For smaller package orders our standard 2-5 working day postal delivery service will apply.

Returns Policy

You may return faulty goods within 30 days of receipt of your order. Return postage will be borne by the user returning the goods. All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given. We will refund in full the cost of the product provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.
